What I’m Packing for Spain
We’ve been counting down the days to our big trip of the summer: the better part of three weeks abroad, most of it spent by the water, moving between a few different stretches of coast and a couple of islands. On the itinerary: relaxed dinners that run past sunset, chill mornings, a lot of swimming, and afternoons where nobody checks the time.
Packing for a trip this long is a project in itself. Everything that made it into the suitcase had to be smart and intentional — dresses that pull double duty from boat to dinner, layers for days where there’s a breeze, and of course, a few statement styles that bring me joy. Find the full edit of everything that actually made the cut below!

Summer Sale Finds
Comme Si Shirt, Leset Tank, Valentino Skirt, Miu Miu Flats, Chanel Bag, Sherman Field Necklace
Summer sale season is my favorite excuse to revisit the pieces that have been lingering in the back of my mind. The colorful printed dress, the great summer bag, the embroidered something I keep coming back to.
What I love most about summer sales is the timing. There is still so much season left. Vacations are approaching, weekends are filling up, evenings are slow and golden, and there is plenty of time for a great find to earn its place in the wardrobe. It feels less like planning ahead and more like adding something new to the summer that is already unfolding.
Below are the pieces that stood out most to me this week. Some are practical, some are purely for fun, but every one of them feels like summer.

Kaftans for Every Hour of Summer
Cristiano Marcheli Kaftan, Janesso Leone Hat, Celine Sunglasses (old, similar here and here)
There is no piece I return to more in summer than a kaftan. I wear one at home while working, pack one for every trip, and love knowing it can go from a morning by the pool to dinner later that evening without missing a beat. It has the breezy appeal of a cover-up, but the right version feels every bit as worthy of a reservation.
Naturally, it’s the color and pattern that make one kaftan stand out to me over another. An all-over palm print, graphic stripe, richly colored paisley, saturated silk, or fringe that adds movement gives an otherwise casual silhouette a sense of occasion. Worn with a wide-brim hat and flat sandals, it’s perfect for an afternoon in the sun, and once it’s time to head to sunset cocktails, a sculptural earring, layered necklace, or smaller bag carries it beautifully into the evening.

Color, Sparkle, and Somewhere to Go
Kallmeyer Top, Perfect White Tee Tank, Fendi Skirt, Sherman Field Necklaces, Chanel Bag, Emme Parsons Sandals
June is here, and there is already so much to look forward to. This is when the social calendar tends to fill up fast: later dinners, weekends full of celebrations, and what feels like a standing reason to reach for something colorful, a little more festive, a little sparkly.
I love a look that matches the occasion. A fully-embellished mini skirt feels just right for a birthday celebration, since it has that little bit of party already built in. For aperitivo drinks, a sheer layer adds the perfect touch of something special. And for an evening by the water, a beaded bag, shell jewelry, or a bright sandal brings in the texture and color that make an outfit feel exactly where it should be. It’s those finishing details that make a look feel like it belongs to the occasion.
Embellished Suede Thong Sandals
The jeweled straps and feathered ties on these festive sandals make every step feel worthy of the night.
Golden Shell Necklace
A sculptural shell pendant necklace that adds the right amount of shine after sunset.
Silk Paillette Camisole
The pearly sequins catch the light, giving a sleek camisole evening-ready sparkle.
