Giants WR Malik Nabers 'making really good progress'

“He’s making really good progress right now. I’m very hopeful that he’ll be back soon,” Harbaugh told reporters on Wednesday.
“Also, understand when you come back from a knee, he’ll be back, and he’ll still be building his way back to his ultimate full-strength self.”
After a Pro Bowl campaign as a 2024 rookie, Nabers sustained a torn right anterior cruciate ligament in Week 4 last fall that ended his season.
“He’s probably maybe 70% through. I don’t know, something like that, 80% through,” Harbaugh said of Nabers’ recovery. “He’s still grinding. It’s going to be a grind when he starts playing again, too, to get back right.”
Nabers, 22, was limited to 18 receptions for 271 yards and two TDs last season after a stellar debut campaign in 2024. He had 109 catches for 1,204 yards and seven scores.
The Giants selected Nabers with the sixth overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft out of LSU.

Report: Chiefs, T Wanya Morris exploring trade options

Rebilas-Imagn Images The Kansas City Chiefs and offensive lineman Wanya Morris are exploring trade opportunities, ESPN reported.
Morris, 25, is looking for more playing time after starting a total of 16 games during his first three seasons.
The 6-foot-6, 307-pound tackle has appeared in 43 games since the Chiefs drafted him in the third round in 2023.
Morris won a Super Bowl championship during his rookie campaign but made only one start last season.

Sceptres hire Pascal Rheaume as new head coach

Rheaume, 52, most recently was an assistant coach with the AHL’s Bridgeport Islanders for the last two seasons.
He replaces Troy Ryan, Toronto’s inaugural coach who left last month to coach expansion side PWHL San Jose.
“Pascal brings a fresh perspective, a new voice, and valuable professional experience to our organization,” Sceptres general manager Gina Kingsbury said.
“Pascal is known for his commitment to hard work and fostering a close-knit locker room. We believe Pascal’s leadership, experience, and approach to player development will have a tremendous impact on our group as we continue to build and strive towards new heights as a professional organization.”

Rheaume arrives with more than 14 years of coaching experience following a nine-year NHL career with six teams from 1997-2005. The forward won a Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils in 2002-03.

Browns sign 1st-round pick WR KC Concepcion

Concepcion, the 24th overall pick of the 2026 NFL Draft, will receive $19.7 million in fully guaranteed money that includes a $10.8 million signing bonus. The deal also includes a fifth-year team option for the wide receiver from Texas A&M.
Concepcion, 21, recorded 61 catches for 919 yards and nine touchdowns and ran for 75 yards and a score in 13 games in 2025, his first season with the Aggies after spending his previous two with North Carolina State.
Concepcion caught 124 passes for 1,299 yards and 16 touchdowns, and rushed for two scores, in 25 games over two seasons for the Wolfpack. He was the Atlantic Coast Conference Rookie of the Year in 2023 after setting program records for a freshman with 71 receptions and 10 TDs.
