Winter Simplified
Outfit Details:
Valentino Coat (less expensive here and similar here), Wardrobe NYC Bodysuit (more sizes here), Victoria Beckham Pants (old, similar here and here), Hermes Bag (similar here), Amina Muaddi Heels
Winter simplified is a season distilled to its purest pleasures—soft knits draped with intention, candlelit corners that embrace the early dusk, and a quiet elegance in choosing less but cherishing more. It’s a time for warming textures and unhurried moments, where thoughtfully curated essentials—like a timeless wool coat or the perfect pair of leather boots—do more than shield from the cold; they embody the understated beauty of winter’s pared-down charm. This season invites a fresh perspective: savor the calm, embrace the stillness, and find inspiration in simplicity.
With a unique twisted seam detail, these straight-leg jeans offer a modern update to a classic style, a versatile staple for your wardrobe that will be chic in all seasons.

All Things Chic: Alemais
When Alemais presented its Resort 2026 collection in Marrakech, it marked the brand’s first international runway show.
The collection draws from the city’s visual language, with references to local craft and artistry developed in collaboration with Moroccan studio LRNCE. You see it come through in the prints, florals, border details, and tie-dye elements, all grounded in a rich, warm palette.

I started building a wish list right away, thinking through how each piece would fit into spring and early summer plans.

From a styling perspective, these are pieces that naturally anchor a look. A printed wrap skirt paired with a simple tank or swim, slip and halter dresses styled with flat sandals during the day and carried into evening, and sets that can be worn together or broken apart depending on the setting. It’s a collection that lands at exactly the right moment, with pieces that feel aligned with how you want to dress now

What I Packed for the Beach
Emporio Sirenuse Dress, Call It By Your Name Bag, Janessa Leone Hat, Saint Laurent Sunglasses
The pieces I reached for most were the simplest—easy, refined, and able to move from beach to lunch without a second thought. A few standouts:
What I came back to was how much beach dressing relies on thoughtful layering:
- Lightweight coverups that double as full outfits
- Easy combinations like shorts with a bikini and a button-down
- Sarongs and pareos wrapped multiple ways—skirt, dress, or top—then worn straight into the rest of the day

It’s less about quantity and more about versatility, pieces that can shift with you throughout the day. I always bring an oversized white linen button-down (also love this green one!), a simple white tank, and a printed caftan. Everything felt relaxed, but still put together, which is exactly how I want to dress at the beach.

Everyone’s Talking About It: Here’s the Pant Silhouette That Actually Works
Juliet Bikini, Alix of Bohemia Pants, Janessa Leone Hat, Saint Laurent Sunglasses
If you’re not already wearing balloon pants, you’re definitely seeing them everywhere. They’ve taken over this season—light, easy to throw on, and a nice switch from your usual linen trousers or satin pants. A little more interesting, but just as effortless.
The pair I recently bought and wore on my trip—the Alix of Bohemia Evangeline Ibis Chiffon Pant—completely sold me. The color is what first pulled me in, but it’s the soft peplum detail and the sheer, airy movement that made them feel really special. I styled them with this bodysuit (I’ll tag), since they’re slightly sheer, and it ended up being the perfect combination.
The versions I’m seeing (and loving) most right now:
– Lace and broderie styles (like Zimmermann or Posse) for texture
– Easy cotton pull-ons (Lisa Says Gah, Caroline Constas) for everyday
– Printed or silk versions (Alémais, Chloé) that feel very vacation-ready
