Stephen King Fans Don’t Have Much Time To Watch The Boogeyman On Hulu

Directed by Rob Savage, The Boogeyman is one of the latest productions to come from the literary pages of Stephen King. Playing on grief and loss, the story follows a therapist named Will Harper, who has just lost his wife and the mother of their two children, Sadie and Sawyer. After a troubled client comes to Will for psychological treatment, a sinister entity locks onto the grieving family and refuses to let go.

Starring in the role of Will is Based on a True Story and The Mindy Project’s Chris Messina with up-and-coming actresses, Sophie Thatcher (Yellowjackets) and Vivien Lyra Blair (Bird Box) appearing as Will’s daughters. Filling out the ensemble of The Boogeyman is horror legend David Dastmalchian, who will soon appear in another Stephen King adaptation alongside the star-studded call sheet for Mike Flanagan’s The Life of Chuck.
