Diddy Declines Plea Deal As Trial Looms

The preview for the documentary also included Agnifilio trying to dispel the frequent claim that his client had a thousand bottles of baby oil that were seized by the feds: “I don’t know where the number 1,000 came from,” he said.

“I can’t imagine its thousands… [I’m] not really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything.”

While attempting to dispute the exact number, the lawyer also provided a defense of the singer having such an extraordinarily large number of baby oil as well as lubricant in his home. “He has a big house, [so] he buys in bulk,” Agnifilio said.

Unfortunately for Diddy, this defense (much like his refusal to take a plea bargain) has gone viral in a way that seemingly further harms his reputation and his legal goals.
