Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott threw four touchdown passes to lead the NFC to a come-from-behind 66-52 win over the AFC in the Pro Bowl Games Tuesday in San Francisco.

Prescott completed 11 of 13 passes for 169 yards with a pair of touchdowns in each half, as the NFC secured fourth win in as many years of this updated version of the All-Star event.

This year’s games did away with the skills competitions and was solely the flag-football game to build hype around the sport, which is coming to the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.

Prescott’s Dallas teammate CeeDee Lamb led the NFC with 80 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Another Cowboys player, tight end Jake Ferguson, also had two touchdown catches and 57 receiving yards, and Lions wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown caught five passes for 68 yards and a score.

Jared Goff (149 yards, two TDs) from Detroit and Philadelphia’s Jalen Hurts (92 yards, three TDs) also saw the field as NFC QBs.

An Ohio-centric quarterback room led the AFC’s offense. Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, and Bengals QBs Joe Burrow and first-time Pro Bowler Joe Flacco each threw for two touchdowns, but also threw a combined four interceptions.

Texans receiver Nico Collins led the AFC with 93 receiving yards and a score on five catches, and Bengals receiver Ja’Marr Chase caught seven passes for 76 yards with a receiving TD and an interception returned for another score.

After the NFC jumped out to a 14-0 lead, the AFC responded with 32 straight points, featuring a pair of safeties, a 50-yard interception return by Chase and both a touchdown catch and an extra-point grab from Broncos offensive lineman Garrett Bolles.

But the NFC cut the deficit to 44-36 at halftime and scored 24 straight second-half points to take a 60-52 lead with 6:21 left on a 10-yard Cowboys connection from Prescott to George Pickens, who was named the offensive MVP.

Buccaneers safety Antoine Winfield Jr., the game’s defensive MVP, came up with a tip-drill interception on the ensuing AFC possession, and the NFC iced the game with Hurts’ touchdown to Lamb with 24 seconds left.

49ers legend Jerry Rice served as honorary coach for the NFC, with San Francisco quarterback Steve Young in the same role for the AFC.

Sam Lewis scored 15 points, Thijs De Ridder had a double-double and No. 18 Virginia eased to a 67-47 win over Pitt on Tuesday night in Charlottesville, Va.

The Cavaliers (19-3, 8-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) have won eight of their last nine games. They improved to 11-1 at home and 17-1 when outrebounding the opposition, posting a 38-31 advantage over the smaller Panthers (9-14, 2-8).

De Ridder, the reigning ACC Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week, had 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Lewis sank 4 of 8 3-pointers. Chance Mallory had 11 points and four steals, Malik Thomas added 10 points and the Virginia defense racked up 12 steals and six blocks.

Pitt has lost five of its last six games and fell to 1-6 on the road and 0-3 against Top 25 opponents. Cameron Corhen and Nojus Indrusaitis led the Panthers with 11 points each.

Virginia grabbed the lead for good at 10-7, led by 13 at halftime and was never threatened in the second half.

The Cavaliers led 49-32 with 11:07 left in the game on a dunk by Ugonna Onyenso, who had five points, six boards and four blocks.

Consecutive 3-pointers by Lewis stretched the lead to 55-37 with 7:32 to play.

The Cavaliers shot 35.5% from beyond the arc (11 of 31), with eight players making at least one triple.

Virginia scored 23 points off 17 Pitt turnovers and limited the Panthers to 37.0% shooting (17 of 46).

None of the Cavaliers’ opponents has shot 50% from the field this season and 12 have shot worse than 40%.

After a sluggish start following a 9 p.m. ET tip-off, Virginia used a 12-0 run to open a 15-7 lead.

The Cavaliers’ lead reached double figures at 24-14 on a layup by Thomas with 5:48 remaining.

Virginia led by as many as 14 points in the first half and held a 33-20 advantage at intermission.

Matias Maccelli scored twice as the visiting Toronto Maple Leafs upended the Edmonton Oilers 5-2 on Tuesday night.

Matthew Knies added a goal and an assist, and John Tavares and Bobby McMann also scored for the Maple Leafs, who have won three straight and improved to 11-12-3 on the road this season.

Toronto, 4-6-2 over its last 12, has won three straight for the first time since a four-game stretch Jan. 6-12.

Anthony Stolarz made 34 saves for his second career win over the Oilers (2-2-0).

Jake Walman and Kasperi Kapanen responded for the Oilers, who have lost back-to-back after having their season-high three-game winning streak snapped in a loss to the Minnesota Wild on Saturday.

Edmonton wrapped up its eight-game homestand with a 4-4-0 record and dropped to 15-10-4 on home ice this season.

Connor Ingram stopped 22 shots in the loss.

Toronto used a 5-on-3 power play to open a two-goal cushion in the third period.

Tavares gave Toronto a 3-2 lead on the two-man advantage, tapping in William Nylander’s cross-ice feed at 7:42 of the third. It was Tavares’ 20th goal of the year.

Thirty-one seconds later, on a power play, Maccelli one-timed a cross-ice pass from Max Domi for his second of the night and his 10th of the season.

Maccelli, who went 11 games without a goal, has three over his last two games.

McMann added an empty-netter at 17:22 of the third.

Kapanen tied it 2-2 4:27 into the third, deking around Domi and beating Stolarz glove side.

Toronto opened the scoring at 7:12 of the middle frame as Maccelli redirected Jake McCabe’s point shot up and over the blocker of Ingram.

Walman tied it 1-1, blowing a slap shot up and over the pad of Stolarz at 11:09 of the second.

The Maple Leafs responded nine seconds later as Knies took a pass from Nicolas Roy and beat Ingram to the backhand.

Tuesday was the second and final meeting between Toronto and Edmonton. The Oilers doubled up the Maple Leafs 6-3 on Dec. 13.
